We are at the midpoint between the beginning of the year and the end. What have you manifested so far this year? Where are you ready to go? Attune your body, mind and spirit for transformation through ceremony, asana and time for personal exploration. We will begin with a short ceremony to call in the four directions and open sacred space. The workshop will then focus on awakening the energetic body through pranyama, a sun salutation based asana practice and a thirty minute guided yoga nidra to activate energetic centers, channels and layers throughout the body. The class will end with a silent meditation and journaling time designed to create time for reflection and to set intention for the remainder of the year.

Megan has been a student of yoga for the last 10 years, completing her yoga teacher training at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in 2008. Her Yoga Alliance certified training included a multifaceted study of asana, pranayama, Ayurveda and meditation. She has continued her studies in yoga, completing a Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Anne Phyfe Palmer at 8 Limbs Yoga studios and has also had the privilege of studying with Rod Stryker, Shari Friedrichsen, Robert Svoboda and Scott Blossom.
